Order Processing

After you place your order, we need a little time to pack it with care. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your package is on its way. During sales or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Times

For orders shipped within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after your order is processed.

Please note that these times are estimates, not promises. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Weather, customs, and busy seasons can sometimes add a few days.

If you live outside these countries, please reach out before you order and we will let you know if we can ship to you and how long it may take.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost depends on your location and your order. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking within a few business days, please check your spam folder, then email us and we will help.

Customs and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These fees are set by your local government and are not included in your order total. They are the customer's responsibility. If you are not sure, please check with your local customs office before you order.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays once your package leaves us and is with the carrier. This includes delays from weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If your order seems stuck, contact us and we will do our best to help track it down.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will try to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still does not turn up, contact us and we will help you sort it out.
